To clarify a bit. The SGAA is non for profit organization that was/is charted by the IRS as a "trade organization". There is another "arm "of the SGAA called The Stained Glass School and this is also a non for profit but with a different charter from the IRS. So while these are both together (in a way), they are also separate legal entities. So technically "The stained Glass School" would be the ones to set up a teaching facility.
I should have added that "The Stained Glass School" gives out the scholarship money, not he SGAA
