I want to encourage everyone here to join the American Glass Guild, and to consider attending their summer conference in Pittsburgh this year. I go to a LOT of glass conferences and am here to tell you, this is the best one for both fun and educational value. Here is the press relase – shoot me a comment with any questions!

Consult AGG website for more details. Exhibitors must arrange for hand delivery and pick-up of their panels. The AGG cannot be responsible for any aspect of shipping on either end. Objects are displayed at exhibitors' risk.

Our annual auction benefits our educational mission and the AGG's James Whitney Scholarship Fund, which provides support for training, workshops, and conference attendance both in the US and abroad. In 2011 the auction raised $21,000. Information on previous recipients is posted on the AGG website, where next year's application (due March 15th of every year) can be downloaded. Past auction donations include stained-glass panels, books, glass, tools, wine and much more. For information contact Auction Chair Kathy Jordan (aog1987@aol.com).
