As a glass retailer I have to say that the only time we ask for money up front is when we take a deposit on a kiln or big $ item. We carry the entire Spectrum catalog including System 96. Bullseye Glass, large amount of Wissmach, GNA (though colours have been discontinued by manufacturer) FNA and Uroboros. We may be a little different from most shops because we have been around for 45 years. I can't comment on why they closed their doors but hopefully restructuring will help them come back. In the meantime try giving the west coast a try we would be glad to help you.
