Minor Re-design & Forum Behaviour Change

I'm sure that you've noticed that we have tweaked the layout of the site slightly. To me it looks cleaner and feels a bit less claustrophobic, but I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts…

I should not that the gallery slideshow will return to the front page shortly, it just has to be adapted to work with the new layout.

Also, the forum now lists the top-level (front page) posts in order by the most recent reply instead of when it was posted. This means that active conversations will naturally float to the top of the forum front page, making it easier to see if old conversations ever get revived.
